The Inspectors rugged IP67 metal housing ensures it can withstand harsh industrial and production line environments. The housing incorporates either a standard ring light or a unique diffuse dome light for inspection of glossy, reflective or metallic surfaces.
The configuration software is simple and intuitive to use. It evaluates edges, contours, contrasts, grey scale values or pixels in milliseconds. Image capture and evaluation of multiple references occur as soon as an object enters the field of vision, without the need for a trigger signal. Simple hand held input or a sophisticated PC interface mean rapid teach-in, and facilitates monitoring, statistics capture, recording and emulator testing on filed images. Integral Ethernet capability allows integration with DCS communications networks. |
